Returns and Warranty Policy
We want your LifeStraw experience to be simple and fair. Below is an overview of what can be returned, what is not eligible for return, and how to contact us if your product arrives damaged or has a defect.
Returns for LifeStraw.com Purchases
Unused items purchased on LifeStraw.com may be returned within 45 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

If your item has been used, is damaged, or is not working properly, please contact us before starting a return.

Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- LifeStraw Community products
- Final sale items
- Sale items discounted 25% or more
- Purchases made through third party retailers, including Amazon, REI, Target, and other retail partners
If you purchased your item from a retailer, please contact that retailer first and follow their return policy.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can review your request.

- 1 to 2 photos of the issue
- A short description of the problem
- Product size and color, if applicable
- Proof of purchase
- Your shipping address and phone number
Please allow up to 3 business days for a response.
Refund Processing
For eligible LifeStraw.com returns, refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and processed by our warehouse team. Please allow up to 15 days upon receipt for refund.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non refundable
- Duty fees are non refundable, if applicable
Additional Notes
If a return shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or delivery access issue, the customer is responsible for any re shipping costs.
