We want you to have the best experience possible when ordering and using our LifeStraw products. If an item arrives damaged, please file for a warranty replacement.

  •        Photos of the damages 
  •        Complete shipping address and phone number 

Once we have this information, we would be happy to send a replacement or replacement part.
