Where we can ship warranty replacements
At this time, we are only able to provide warranty replacement shipments within the EU, United States, and Canada. If you are located outside of these regions, we are unable to ship warranty replacements at this time.

What is covered?
Your product is covered by a 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects when used as directed.
Please note: this warranty does not apply to used or refurbished products.
How do I start a warranty request?
Submit your request through our warranty portal:

You will need:
Your LifeStraw.com order number
Your shipping zip code or the email used at checkout
If you purchased from another retailer
What should I do first?
Please start with the original place of purchase, especially if you are still within their return window. Common retailer return periods include:
Amazon: 30 days
REI: 1 year
Target: 90 days
If the retailer cannot help:
If you are outside the retailer return period or they are unable to assist, we may still be able to help. Please email [email protected] with:
1 to 2 photos of the issue
Product description (including size and color, if applicable)
Proof of purchase (or your LifeStraw.com order number, if available)
Your shipping address and phone number
Once we have this information, a member of our team will review your request and follow up with next steps.
