My order arrived damaged... What should I do?

We want you to have the best experience possible when ordering and using our LifeStraw products. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at remy@lifestraw.com and provide us with:

  •        Order number
  •        Photos of the damages
  •        Complete shipping address and phone number

Once we have this information, we would be happy to send a replacement, free of charge.
