LifeStraw Go, Go Series and Tumbler | Why is my LifeStraw Go bottle leaking between the lid and the bottle?Updated 17 days ago

If your LifeStraw Go Series bottle is leaking, it may be due to missing or misaligned components inside the lid. Please check the following:

  • Black O-ring: Ensure there is a black O-ring seated around the inner edge of the lid.
  • Vacuum seal: Confirm there is a small, dime-sized vacuum seal in the center of the lid.

If either part is missing or not properly in place, this can cause leaking during use.
