Made a mistake or need to make a quick change? We understand, and we’ve made it easier to update your order shortly after checkout.
You can edit or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it from your order confirmation page. After that window has passed, your order may already be moving through fulfillment, and we may not be able to make changes.
During the 30 minute window, you may be able to:

| Edit shipping address | Update part of your address or enter a new one. If the shipping country changes, you may need to select a new shipping method and pay any difference. |
| Add a product | Add eligible items to your order. If there is a balance due, you’ll be taken to checkout to complete payment within the 30 minute window. |
| Apply a discount code | Add an eligible discount code before the order is finalized for fulfillment. |
| Change product quantities | Increase or decrease item quantities, depending on inventory availability. |
| Replace a product | Swap an item for another eligible product, if available. |
| Change product options | Update available options such as color or size, depending on stock. |
| Cancel order | Cancel your order within the 30 minute window and receive a refund. |
| Change contact information | Update contact details connected to your order. |
| Complete your order | Finish any required checkout steps if payment is needed for an edit. |
If an edit requires an additional payment, such as adding products or upgrading shipping, you’ll be taken to checkout to complete the payment. The change must be completed within the 30 minute edit window.
Once the 30 minute window has passed, we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations because orders are quickly sent to our fulfillment team.
