LifeStraw EU Return Policy

If you would like to return an item purchased from our EU LifeStraw website, please follow the guidelines below.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  1. Be unused
  2. Be in the original manufacturer’s labeled packaging
  3. Include a copy of the original invoice

Important Notes

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the EU LifeStraw site.
  • We cannot accept returns from Amazon or other third-party sellers. If such items are sent, we cannot take responsibility for them.

Return Instructions

  • Email us at info@lifestraw.com before returning your order. Please include:
    • The specific items you are returning
    • The tracking number once your package is in transit
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are unable to provide prepaid labels.
  • LifeStraw is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

Refunds

Once our fulfillment center verifies the condition of your returned product, we will begin processing your refund.
