LifeStraw EU Return Policy
If you would like to return an item purchased from our EU LifeStraw website, please follow the guidelines below.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused
- Be in the original manufacturer’s labeled packaging
- Include a copy of the original invoice
Important Notes
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the EU LifeStraw site.
- We cannot accept returns from Amazon or other third-party sellers. If such items are sent, we cannot take responsibility for them.

Return Instructions
- Email us at info@lifestraw.com before returning your order. Please include:
- The specific items you are returning
- The tracking number once your package is in transit
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are unable to provide prepaid labels.
- LifeStraw is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
Refunds
Once our fulfillment center verifies the condition of your returned product, we will begin processing your refund.
