My promotional code is not working. What should I do?
If you are having an issue with entering a promotional code at checkout, please ensure that:
- You have met the requirements for the code (read the terms and conditions, which can be found at the bottom of the promotional email received or current sales page)
- Sale items and Bundled packages are not eligible.
- The promotional code applies to all the items in your cart (not all items are eligible for a discount, including most sale and bundled products)
- The promotional code has not expired (many of these sales are time-sensitive, and the expiration information can be found at the bottom of the promotional email)
- Promotional codes cannot be combined.
