How do I cancel or update my order?
There is a very small window of time if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once this has been marked as processed by our warehouse team, we will not be able to make any changes, and your order will still ship to the address on file.
If the address does not exist, this should be returned to us when you can be issued a refund.
If the cancellation window has passed, the address is correct, and you decide you no longer need the product(s), you can refuse the order upon delivery, and this will be shipped back to us free of charge. When this refused shipment is received, we will process it as a return and send an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
