I only recieved a partial order...where is the rest?

Many orders—especially larger ones like the Community Filter—may ship in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers. Our warehouse team often sends items separately for larger or multi-item orders.

Please check your email for multiple tracking numbers associated with your shipment. If you only received one tracking number and part of your order is missing, don’t hesitate to reach out to us right away.
