My shipment was marked as delivered but I didn't get it...What should I do?

First, don't panic!

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you can't find it within 48 business hours of the expected delivery date, please double-check the following.

  • Verify that the shipping address listed on your order is correct. This information can be found in the original confirmation email sent from
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Check with neighbors and surrounding areas to see if this was delivered to the wrong location.

If this still does not show up, please email us at, and we would be happy to help. Please include:

  •        Your name
  •        Phone number
  •        Complete shipping address
  •        Order number

Note: Please be advised that you will have 30 days to notify us from the date of expected delivery that you did not receive it. If you do not report this within that 30-day window, we will not be able to issue you a replacement order.
