Peak Bottle | Why can't I pull water through my bottle at first use?Updated 2 hours ago

Before using your LifeStraw for the first time, make sure you have reviewed the instructions in the user manual and rinsed the product and filters. 

In order to make sure you stay hydrated, we need to hydrate our filters! Before first-use, fill the bottle with water, screw the lid on, and allow a few seconds to pass while the filter is primed. We like to equate the first few sips similar to sipping a thick milkshake.  After a few quick sips, it should be easier to draw water.
