What is the LifeStraw shipping policy?
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
We offer free, standard shipping on orders within the 48 contiguous that meet the $50 threshold before checkout. This $50 would not include taxes. Alaska, Hawaii, and all other offshore insular areas like Puerto Rico, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, etc., would qualify for free shipping.
These orders primarily ship using Fed Ex Smartpost or Home delivery methods. Standard shipping delivery time is estimated to be 7-10 business days, but it can be longer based on your location. Please allow additional time for delivery due to the pandemic and note that the delivery times listed at checkout are just estimates, not guarantees.
Free shipping does not apply to bulk orders and may not be applicable with discount codes or other promotions.
We also offer expedited shipping options that are available for an additional fee and include 2-4 business day options. Orders placed by 1 pm Eastern Standard time will be processed and shipped the same day.
EUROPE
Orders within the European Union are eligible for Standard Ground Shipping for orders over €75. Standard Shipping delivery time is 3-5 business days depending on your location.

For customers outside the European Union (UK, Switzerland, Norway), please be aware we do not offer a free shipping option and that your item may be held at customs for inspection delaying the delivery time. You may also be charged for duties and taxes which are not included in the price of your goods or overall shipping costs.

Expedited Delivery options are available for an additional fee and include 2-day express options. Guaranteed Expedited Delivery orders placed by 1 pm CET will ship same day.
CANADA
For Canadian customers, please be aware that we do not have free shipping options for this region, and your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying your final delivery time. You may also be charged additional fees for duties and taxes once the shipment reaches Canada.
These fees are not included in the final price of your goods and overall shipping costs.
