To remove the mouthpiece:

• Rinse the mouthpiece and straw with clean water to reduce friction
• Gently pull the mouthpiece straight off the straw

To reattach the mouthpiece:

• Rinse both the mouthpiece and straw with clean water
• Slide the mouthpiece firmly onto the straw until fully seated

Once assembled, make sure all components are completely dry before closing the caps.
