Cleaning your Sip Essential is simple:

• Blow air back through the straw to backflush the filter
• Gently shake to remove any remaining water

For deeper cleaning (about once a week):
• Remove the silicone mouthpiece and bottom plug
• Wash those parts with soap and water and allow them to fully dry

Important:
• Do not use soap on the filter membrane, as it can cause clogging
