When this happens, it means there is a disconnect between some of the parts inside the Community body tank.

To resolve these issues, please drain all the water from the Community. Next, you need to disconnect the spacer body from the rest of the Community, and to do this, there should be four screws around the body's base. Use a screwdriver to remove these screws.

Once this is removed, reconnect the big hose inside the upper tank and screw the spacer body back to the rest of the Community.
