General FAQ | Can I use electrolytes or drink mixes with my filter?

We do not recommend using electrolytes with our filters. Undissolved residue and particles from drink mixes and electrolyte additives can clog the filter membrane and inhibit or impede water flow. Additionally, additives can increase the chances of unwanted growth in your bottle or filter.
