Troubleshooting | Why can't I pull water through my bottle at first use?

Before using your LifeStraw for the first time, make sure you have reviewed the instructions on the user manual and rinsed the product and filters.

In order to make sure you stay hydrated, we need to hydrate our filters! Before first-use, fill the bottle with water, screw the lid on, and allow a few seconds to pass while the filter is primed. After a few quick sips, it should be easier to draw water and you can enjoy your new LifeStraw
