Unlike many social impact programs, which involve a charitable donation or partnership with outside organizations, LifeStraw executes its own impact via the give back program. Our give back program is run by public health experts and local staff in the countries we work in, such as Kenya, India and Mexico. This is a self-sustaining program in which retail funds not only support the delivery of LifeStraw Community purifiers, but also sustain our local teams of educators to provide consistent follow-up, comprehensive education and data collection.
